Processing of silicones
With an annual output of 2.5 billion silicone parts we are one of the leading LSR-processors.
Besides the conventional injection moulding processes our production has also been set up for multi-component-injection moulding.
Our range of products includes single weights from just 0.02g to about 300g. We avail of flexible modular moulds with up to 640 cavities.
More than 50 Arburg injection moulding machines of the latest generation are available with locking powers ranging from 25t to 220t.
For the scheduling and monitoring of the machines in the silicone division we have installed the ALS (Arburg Leitstand System = Arburg Control Station) as well. Here again the Arburg system allows us an individual visualization of performance indicators, capacity utilisation and upcoming maintenance for moulds, machines and periphery equipment.
In-process inspections and tests, which have been agreed with you, will be conducted in two ways, the standard measuring system and the state-of-the-art video measuring systems of the manufacturer Keyence to be documented in our CAQ System. Tracing of material batches and supportive evidence for what has been done when, where and by whom have thus been assured. A state-of-the-art concept for the protection of data privacy responds to the prevailing specifications of the automotive industry.
